Truscott presents decorations to and reviews the 92nd Inf. Div., 5th Army. Part 3 shows Gen. Albert Wedemeyer as the new Commander of Army Forces in China. Ambassador Hurley presents his papers to Chiang Kai-shek in Chungking. Part 4 shows boxing matches between American, English, and French soldiers in Rome. Part 5 shows diagrams and the manufacture and testing of a robot bomb. Part 6, Japanese planes bomb a U.S. fleet and airfield in the Philippines. The 6th Army lands and fights at Lingayen, Luzon.
